Canning

This doesn't seem too shabby for a few hours work, if I do say so myself!
I get this crazy sense of pride each time I can something. Today produced 4 quarts of veggie juice and 7 quarts of applesauce. I only used half the apples we bought from the orchard this weekend, I'm still trying to decide if the other half will be made into applesauce as well.
